Terms Of Service
This T.O.S. must be read and understood before requesting a commission.
By purchasing a commission a client has agreed to these terms.
The artist retains the rights to the artwork, clients retain the rights to their respective characters.
All commissions are for personal use only, and clients may not profit from the commissioned work.
Clients may not remove my signature from the finished product or claim the product as their own.
Clients may print the piece for their own personal use, or use the piece for an icon, banner or for reference material for sites such as Artfight or Toyhou.se.
Clients may post commissioned work online as long as the post includes proper credit to the artist.
Any commissioned work will be posted across social media, including but not limited to Twitter and Instagram. If the client would prefer to keep the commission private, please include this in
the commission form or email.The artist retains the right to refuse any commissions.
In no way do I allow my work to be sold/used within a NFT cryptocurrency blockchain.
Accepted Commission Content
The artist will not draw any pornographic material, fetishes, content that promotes hatred towards any group or people, or anything promoting illegal activity.
Nudity, gore, and violence are accepted subject matter by the artist on a case by case basis.
If the client is unsure if their commission would fall under the list of unapproved subject matter,
feel free to ask!I can work with visual or written descriptions, but references are highly preferred.
Fan Art
If fan art is commissioned by the client, the artist retains the right to sell the work created.
This is only applicable to fan art that has not been personalized in some regard.
For example, if the client's Original Characters are included or a special message
or symbolism is present (ex. "happy birthday ash" or items significant to
a couple's anniversary), this clause would not apply.
Revisions
Major revisions, such as the pose, outfit, or background, may be requested up until the end of the sketching phase. Afterwards only minor changes can be requested, such as color changes or small props and details.
Payment
All commissions are paid upfront. Once paid, the client will be placed in the queue.
The artist uses primarily PayPal invoices for payments.The client will receive an invoice from the artist after the commission has been accepted.
Payment plans are available. Please email me directly so we can discuss and agree on the details before sending the first payment. The commission will be completed in stages accordingly.
After each payment, message to confirm the funds have been received to ensure everything is running smoothly.
The final product will not be sent until the commission is paid in full.
Refunds
A full refund can be made before work on the commission has begun up until the sketching phase.
A partial refund (50%) can be made during the sketching phase.
No refunds will be issued after the commission has gone past the sketching phase.
ETA
Commission time can vary based on the client's place in the queue, the type of commission, and the artist’s schedule. A standard commission can take on average between two weeks to two months. The artist will send
updates to the client regularly to ensure progress on the piece is going to their satisfaction.
If a piece has a deadline, please let the artist know up front when initially making the commission.
I will not accept commissions with a deadline two weeks or less in time.
